When do we get the door code?
You'll receive the code in good time before your arrival. It works for both the front door and the apartment door – you won't need a key.
What time can we arrive?
Check-in is from 11 am, check-out by 11 am. Thanks to self check-in, you can also arrive late in the evening without any stress.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, the beds are freshly made up on arrival and towels are ready for you. Both are included in the price.
Is the apartment suitable for families with a baby?
Yes, a travel cot and a high chair are available. Please note that the top-floor apartment is reached via quite steep stairs.
Can we bring our dog?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Where can we park?
Two free parking spaces are available right on the property.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
